EHL Instagram contest terms & conditions

The participants’ personal data are processed for the organization and management of those giveaways and for the related consequences. Participants’ attention is drawn to the fact that their personal data may also be used for marketing purposes or to discuss wit them interesting study opportunities.

The name or photos of the winners may be published on the EHL website or EHL social media or used for communication purposes.

The participant acknowledges having read and accepted the EHL Privacy Policy (https://www.ehlgroup.com/en/privacy).

Any legal recourse is excluded. EHL’s liability shall be excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Participation to the contest is free.

Participation, or even winning a prize, must in no way be construed as a guarantee that participants/winners can study at EHL. The possibility of studying at EHL depends on the admission requirements and applicable regulations of EHL.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contests except with the winners. The winners will be contacted by ehl.lausanne directly via the social media platform. Participants are required to provide up-to-date contact details, if the winner of an award cannot be contacted despite two attempts, he loses the right to obtain the award and another person can be designated.

EHL reserves the right to exclude a participant from the contests at any time, in particular (but not limited to) in the event of an abuse, a violation of the present terms and conditions of participation, or if the concerned participant, due to this behavior or actions, is detrimental to the smooth running of the contest or threatens the legitimate interests of EHL Group.

EHL is free to change the terms of the contest at any time, or to completely stop it.

The pictures are sole property of EHL.
